There is no substitute for being physically active to beat fatigue

World poet Rabindranath Tagore apologized to fatigue in the foot of the poem. Wrote, ‘Forgive my fatigue Lord, if I fall back on the way Kavu….’ Many of us are tired and lie down on the bed, in the corner of the sofa. relax But according to ‘The Energy Paradox’, the more you seek comfort, the more tired you become. And the more busy you are, the more ‘energy’ you get. And that’s why many people work a lot, and you get tired with little. If you feel tired, take a walk. Walk briskly. You will get ‘Energy’.

You spend the whole day slumped in front of Netflix. Mobile scrolling never ends. Sitting in the office. You sleep at home, but you are not tired. The reality is, your tiredness will never go away. Because there is no alternative to being physically active to relieve fatigue.

A study by the University of Georgia in the United States says that just 10 minutes of physical activity will make you more active. And if you exercise just 20 minutes three days a week, that will increase your performance by 20 percent. Exercise activates the mitochondria, the ‘powerhouses’ of our cells, which power our muscles. So if you start your morning with a swim, it becomes much easier to tackle the day efficiently.

Spend vitality to produce vitality. Then you never have to succumb to fatigue. The more work you do, the more work ‘energy’ you get. But there must be a balance between sleep, eating, exercise, work—everything. There is no substitute for eight hours of deep sleep every day. And if you work continuously you will get tired. If you are overworked, it will only tire you out. So you have to take breaks between work. Organize any task, divide it into several parts. It will greatly reduce the risk of work. You will not get tired easily while doing that.

Apart from this, if you work hard, your night’s sleep will also be better. And you will feel refreshed after waking up from a deep sleep. You can easily finish all the work of the day. It’s a cycle.

Some more reasons to feel tired
Apart from this, if you suffer from depression or suppress depression, then you do not get enthusiasm for any work. Just tired. Iron and vitamin B – even if these two are lacking, fatigue fills the body easily. Our three meals are digested and converted into glucose. That glucose flows through the blood to all the body’s muscles, organs and brain. In this process blood sugar naturally decreases. As a result we feel weak. So if you eat three meals in six smaller portions, the process continues throughout the day. As a result you always feel ‘energetic’. You may feel tired even with thyroid problems and sleep apnea.
