Patients with diabetes, heart disease, obesity or excess fat in the blood are at risk of harm if exercise is interrupted. So there is no substitute for exercise. Regular exercise should be done at any time of the year to keep the body healthy.
There is no such thing as summer exercise. You can do the exercises that you usually do at this time. However, it is not right to exercise in the afternoon or in the sun during summer. Heat stroke, dehydration etc. problems occur in extreme heat. If you exercise during this time, you will sweat more. So choose morning or evening for exercise or walking.

● You can do light exercise at home without going out. You can jump rope for at least 10 minutes every day. Increase the time day by day. It is easy exercise for less time.
● Take regular walks at home.
● You can visit any shopping mall or market. Some favorite or necessary items will also be bought there, as well as exercise

● Do different types of stretching exercises, such as arm stretching or leg lifting. It doesn’t cause much sweating, but improves blood circulation and fat loss.
You can also practice cycling. On the one hand it will provide exercise, on the other hand it will provide comfort in the heat due to the wind.
