There are certain things that are said to be daily, everyone knows but still many people do not pay much attention to them. One such thing is exercise. Anyone asked about the need for daily exercise can speak volumes about it. You can explain its importance very well. But don’t do this daily exercise yourself.

Exercise is necessary to stay healthy, but exercise is also necessary to get rid of illness. Exercise is needed to keep the heart healthy, at the same time exercise is needed to keep the heart healthy in case of heart attack.

Bangladesh’s renowned cardiologist Professor Dr. Speaking about the need for exercise, MA Malik first said that non-exercise means increased risk. Many gadgets of modern life, including mobile phones, televisions, have already made the people of today lazy. Apart from this, there is a trend of taking risky food in their diet, i.e. taking sophisticated oily food. And if exercise is not done in this condition, the risk to human health naturally increases.

There is a widespread saying that exercise is best done in the morning. Dr. Malik, however, categorically contradicts this statement. But why? Because – after sleeping at night, the amount of a hormone called catecholamine in the body increases in the morning. Because of that, blood pressure also increases at this time. It sometimes increases to 50 percent. The modern world is aware of the negative effects of morning exercise on the body.

A female athlete named Jo Flollo, winner of four US Olympic gold medals, died suddenly while jogging in the morning. An autopsy revealed that all three blood vessels in his heart were blocked. So exercise should be done in the afternoon. Walking for 30 to 45 minutes in the afternoon is good for the body. In the afternoon people play tennis or swim. Don’t usually play tennis in the morning. After 40 years every person should walk 5 days a week. This walk can be any time between 5pm and 10pm.

Experts say that most cases of paralysis occur in the morning because the amount of catecholamines in the blood is high in the morning. Heart attacks are also more common in the morning. He also said that catecholamine is a type of hormone. In the morning, its amount in the blood increases drastically. On the other hand, after working all day, the amount of this hormone in the blood becomes normal.

According to experts, cholesterol starts accumulating from the age of 9. Therefore, the habit of regular exercise should be developed from this age.
