The members of the first two groups exercised for 35 minutes by cycling.

After two days, all three groups tested to see how much they could remember.

It found that the second group, that is, those who exercised four hours after studying.

MRI images of each brain showed that the part of the brain – the hippocampus. Which is responsible for remembering something, was sharper and fresher in the brains of the second group.

It believed that the chemicals produced in the body as a result of physical activity. Such as dopamine, and norepinephrine, can help strengthen memory.

He says the results of their experiment suggest that timed exercise can improve memory in the long term.
