What is the right time to exercise

Many people exercise in the evening or at night. Many people think that morning is the best time. Many people have doubts about what is the right time for exercise. Actually there is no restricted time to exercise. When you have time, you can exercise, says Ruslan Hossain, owner and fitness coach of Ruslan’s Studio.

Cardio exercises are more beneficial if you want to exercise in the morning. Like walking, swimming, running, cycling etc. However, it is better not to exercise in the morning on an empty stomach. And fitness coach Ruslan Hossain said that you can do weight training exercises in the afternoon.

Different people have different ways of living, work is also different. So instead of focusing on time, it is better to exercise when you have free time’ – said fitness trainer and leader of Naziahfit, Nazia Hasan. What is right for one person may not be right for another. For this, before starting any exercise, you must consult an expert.

One positive aspect of exercising in the morning is that one task is done for the day. I have to exercise, apart from thinking about it all day long. Adding to this, fitness trainer and leader of Bengal Calisthenics Tanveer Hasan said, ‘If a person exercises before starting the day’s work, then he remains very energetic throughout the day. Meanwhile, after a full day of work, the body is full of laziness, then many people do not have the energy to exercise. So after waking up in the morning, it is better to allocate some time for exercise.

Exercise is not just for a day or two, it’s a regular thing. He who can do it regularly will get more benefits. If you do it for one day and don’t do it for the rest of the 10 days, then you won’t get the benefits of exercise.

Be it hot or cold, morning or afternoon, one to one and a half hours should be exercised. Those who are prone to dehydration or have electrolyte imbalances should drink water before exercise. Drink such drinks to keep the balance of electrolytes right, suggested fitness coach Ruslan Hossain. Turns out, after being busy all day, one might find time only at night. It is beneficial for him to exercise at night. However, those who have insomnia or sleep problems or other physical problems should not exercise at night. In this case, time should be taken out for exercise at some other time of the day.

From now on choose a specific time according to your convenience and make exercise a daily routine. Both body and mind will be cheerful. You can be free from various diseases.
